45 (i) disallow all runs to the batting side from that delivery other than the penalty for a No ball or a Wide, if applicable. (ii) additionally, award 5 penalty runs to the fielding side. (iii) return the batsmen to their original ends. (iv) inform the captain of the fielding side and, as soon as practicable, the captain of the batting side of what has occurred. (c) The umpires together shall report the occurrence as soon as possible after the match to the Executive of the batting side and to any Governing Body for the match who shall take such action as is considered appropriate against the captain and player or players concerned. 2. (9)MATCHES, CHAMPIONS, AND CUP 2.1. The Clubs engaged in the competition must play home and away matches with each other during the season, and the Club having scored the most points at the end of the season shall be considered the League Champions for that year and shall be entitled to hold for the following season the silver Challenge Cup and the League Championship Flag presented by the League. 2.2.1. In the event of two or more Clubs at the head of the League Table having scored the same number of points they must play off for the Championship. The venue for the Play Off shall be the ground of one of the two Clubs involved. This shall be decided by the toss of a coin. 2.2.2. Time of play shall be arranged by the League Committee and the nett gate receipts shall be divided equally between the competing Clubs and the League. 2.2.3. The two teams in the final tie shall both receive Mementoes of equal value and the losing side shall be entitled to hold the Holland Cup for the following season. Each Club engaged in the final tie must make its own arrangements with its Professional and any payment to him must come from the Club’s share of the gate. Should the Club not be able to make a satisfactory arrangement with its Professional, the Executive Committee shall have power, after full enquiry, to grant permission for a suitable specified substitute to be engaged. 2.3. In the event of a play-off for the Championship not being necessary the Club having scored the next highest number of points to the League Champions shall be entitled to hold the Holland Cup for the following season. If two or more Clubs next in the League Table to the Champions have scored the same number of points, the Club having won the most matches shall be declared the winners of the Holland Cup. If equal matches have been won then the Club having the most bonus points shall be awarded the Holland Cup. If two or more of such Clubs have identical records the Cup shall be held as may be directed by the League Committee. 2.4. If any other teams are equal on points, positions will be determined by
