100 Chris is familiar with a number of the new Lancashire League sides, like Middleton, having taken to the field against them in the historic Central Lancashire League for Unsworth CC. Chris is the desired professional for everyone who is part of the club, fans, members and team mates, having recognised his quality and everyone is looking forward to him replicating his efforts in the 2018 season. Middleton were delighted to re-sign him so early and are ready for the new look Lancashire League season. MILNROW - Niel Hornbuckle (South Africa) Milnrow have signed South African all rounder Niel Hornbuckle as professional for the 2018 season. Twenty-six year old Hornbuckle played for Salesbury in the Ribblesdale League in 2017. He is a right handed batsman who also bowls off spin. NELSON - Reeza Hendricks (South Africa) Reeza Hendricks has had a stellar career already and he is still only 28 and with his best years still to come. He has played 5 T20 Internationals for South Africa averaging 24 with a high score of 49. Reeza played in the 2008 Under 19 World Cup and has appeared many times for the South African A Side. In domestic 1st class cricket he averages mid 30s across all 3 formats and is now opening the batting for the Lions Franchise having previously been with the Knights. Reeza has 16 centuries and 64 scores over 50 to his name. NORDEN - Jake Sandham Jake Sandham is Norden’s first English professional since Peter Wood in 1982. It is the 24-year-olds first professional engagement. Jake, a right-handed top order batsman and right-arm fast medium bowler, was previously with Monton and Weaste. He was an automatic choice for Central Lancashire League and Pennine League inter-league teams. Jake has played for Cumberland, Lancashire seconds, and Essex seconds. RAMSBOTTOM - Senuran Muthusamy (South Africa) Senuran “Sen” Muthusamy is a high-end and emerging all-rounder fromDurban, South Africa. A classy left-handed Top Order Batsman, Sen is also a clever and very economical left-arm Orthodox spinner. Having been schooled at Clifton College in Durban, Sen has been a prominent feature in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Provincial teams from the age 12 right through to the current Men’s Provincial side. After a breakout summer in 2014-15, whereby he collected back-to-back hundreds against Northerns & Eastern Province respectively, with the first being a marathon 104* (288) in almost 7 hours at the crease, an impressive effort for the then 20 year old.
