34 D1.1, remains for all time on the Club playing him, and the act of registration does not absolve the Club from the penalties attached to playing an unqualified player. Should the registration of a player be a matter for decision by the League Committee under either this rule or Rule D3 if the decision is favourable to the Player, he may be played by his Club immediately, without any waiting period. The applicant shall be asked to attend if the League Committee so desire and shall furnish such information and in such form as the League Committee may require. Amateurs registered after July 31st shall not be eligible to play in any Senior League game during the season of registration. 2.2. (22A) Notwithstanding any other provisions in these rules the League Secretary shall have no power to register any Player who, after an official enquiry, shall have been judged guilty by any organisation affiliated, directly or indirectly, to the Lancashire Cricket Board and/or the League Cricket Conference of such conduct as to have justified his expulsion or suspension from the said organisation or the imposition of any other penalty other than a caution and/or warning as to his future conduct until the period of such expulsion or suspension or any obligation imposed by any other punishment has been completed or fulfilled to the satisfaction of the said organisation and the Lancashire Cricket Board and/or League Cricket Conference. 3. (23) AMATEUR QUALIFICATIONS - SPECIAL CASE 3.1. Any amateur passing through the 12 months qualifying period specified in Clauses b and c of Rule D1.1 may apply in writing to the League Committee on the forms prescribed and received by the Honorary Secretary at least seven days prior to the next meeting of the League Committee for permission to have his qualifying period dispensed with or shortened as the League Committee may decide. The applicant shall be asked to attend if the League Committee so desire and shall furnish such information and in such form as the League Committee may require. The League Committee may then in their absolute discretion grant or refuse permission for such Amateur to play for the Club named in his application. Any amateur supplying false information or making any untrue statement to the League Committee under this rule, shall on proof thereof, be forthwith suspended from taking any further part in Lancashire League Cricket, and the Club so playing him shall, unless they satisfy the League Committee that they have acted bona-fide in the matter, be liable to a fine (Category 3 Rule B5(e)), or expulsion from the League, as the League Committee shall decide. In the case of any application made under this rule, the League Committee may specify which matches the applicant may or may not take part in. Any decision of the League Committee under this Rule shall be final. 4. (24) AMATEUR AS PAID OFFICIAL 4.1. Any amateur (actual or qualifying) who accepts a paid official position in connection with any League Club must obtain the consent of the League Committee before playing in any further League match or he will be considered ineligible. No amateur player engaged as a coach at a Club will be permitted to play for the 1st XI of that Club unless he was a bona-fide member of the said Club at the time of his engagement as a coach.
