In rain affected games bonus points will be awarded from the amended total and not the original total. 3.9. Deduction of Points a) Fielding sides are expected to bowl their overs at an average rate of 16 per hour. Teams will incur a one point penalty from their league total points should the umpire indicate on their match report that a slow over rate penalty is appropriate (see table below). This over rate penalty only applies to an innings of more than 40 overs duration.
