78 7b. The charge for admission for the current season will be: £3.00 per person, £1 for Senior Citizens and Juniors (Charges include VAT). 7c. Any surplus or deficit in semi-finals and final, after meeting all expenses, shall be shared equally between the two clubs. However, if the home club has not taken a gate and made an admission charge, it shall not be entitled to ask the other club to share a deficit. Balance sheets must be sent by the Home Club Secretary to the League Treasurer and the away clubs Treasurer within 14 days. The Home club to send a cheque to their opponents within 7 days from the Hon Treasurer’s approval of the balance sheet. In matches where a loss has incurred the away team will forward a cheque to their opponents within 7 days. The expenses allowed against receipts shall be a fixed sum set by the League Executive at the beginning of each Season. Admission charges to be as determined by the League Committee. Failure to adhere to this Rule will attract a fine of (Category 2 (Rule 5) (5) (v)) payable as per League Rule 10.. THE RON SINGLETON COLNE TROPHY 1. The clubs participating in this competition shall be the League Champions and the Worsley Cup winners. If both competitions have been won by one club, then the League Champions will play the League Runners-up. 2. The management of the competition will be in the hands of the League Executive, who are given full powers, and whose decision on any disputed point shall be final. 3. The qualification of players and general conditions shall be those specified within the League rules, except that the match shall be played under the rules of the Worsley Cup competition. 4. The match shall take place on the Saturday immediately before the first Sunday of the League competition. A draw shall be made by the League Executive to determine the club hosting the match, except that in the event of a team winning both the League Championship and the Worsley Cup, that club shall stage the game if they so wish. 5. Admission charges shall be as for the League competition, and net receipts shall be shared between the two clubs. Allowable expenditure shall be agreed by the League Committee on the same basis as theWorsley Cup and a statement of account shall be prepared by the home club, and a sent to their opponents, and to the League Treasurer, within 14 days of the match.
