(c) In addition to the 1 run penalty for a “No-Ball”, the delivery following any form of No-ball shall be a FREE HIT for the batsman entitled to receive it (If the delivery for the free hit is not itself legitimate for any reason, then the next delivery shall also be deemed a free hit.)
