BALL - The ball to be used in each innings shall be provided by the fielding side. 7 FINANCE - Any surplus or deficit in semi-finals and final, after meeting all expenses, shall be shared equally between the two clubs. However, if the home club has not taken a gate and made an admission charge, it shall not be entitled to ask the other club to share a deficit. Balance sheets must be sent by the Home Club Secretary to the League Treasurer and the away clubs Treasurer within 14 days. The Home club to send a cheque to their opponents within 7 days from the Hon Treasurer’s approval of the balance sheet. In matches where a loss has incurred the away team will forward a cheque to their opponents within 7 days. The expenses allowed against receipts shall be a fixed sum set by the League Executive at the beginning of each Season. Admission charges to be as determined by the League Committee.
