Complaints were made re Accrington and Colne players leaving field at Ramsbottom and Church respectively and it was requested that no eleven leave opponents' field before 6 and the respective Capts. also to see that no player leave ground during the time an innings is proceeding. Resolved that Thomas Flowers take place of Gleaves as the professional for Church. Resolved that the Umpire from Bacup at Rishton be paid 7/6 and 3rd class Rwy. fare. Resolved that any club playing an ineligible player in any match, shall not score any points from such match and shall also have 2 points deducted. That in Rule 6 after word "Team" this Rule read or "either Umpire".
