Resolved that Ashworth of Haslingden be re-instated as Umpire. Burnley reported Umpires for neglecting to carry out Rule 6 of League on occasion Burnley v Bacup match on 26 May when it was Resolved that Umpires be requested to strictly report any late start and for any extra time played 1/- be allowed Umpires each. Resolved that any opposing club report any Clubs not ready to commence at 2. Resolved that Pate be allowed to play for Burnley. Resolved that Challenge from Nth Lancashire and District League to play an inter League match be not accepted at present.
