Committee Meeting August 2nd usual place. All present with the exception of East Lancashire. Resolved that minutes of previous meeting be confirmed. (re approaching pros 1894) Resolved that question of approaching pros be deferred for a special meeting to be held on Wednesday 16th. Resolved that permission be granted Accrington to play a "pro" (not County man) in lieu Saul Wade. Resolved that each club play only 1 "pro" in matches in season 1895. Resolved that replayed match Rishton v Enfield take place on 9th Aug.
