Committee Meeting Accrington Sep. 6th 1893, all present with the exception East Lancashire, Rishton and Treasurer. Minutes Resolved that matter of Harris and Haslingden be left over 1 month the medical certificate and telegram to be produced re inability to play. Resolved that the explanation from Burnley re late start at Blackburn be considered satisfactory. (Re dispute Haslingden v Lowerhouse match as to boundary hits) Resolved that match Haslingden v Lowerhouse Monday Aug. 21st stand as stated in score book vide M.C.C. rules. Resolved that after considering protest match Rawtenstall 2nd v Ramsbottom 2nd be replayed on or before 11th Sept.
