Resolved that Bacup be allowed to play another "pro" in place Usher who through neglect of ground duty his services have been dispensed with. Resolved that final section 1 and 2 be played not later than 23 Sept. It was decided for Church v Bacup (2nd elevens) to play on Sat 9th and fixture of latter club with Burnley on Sep 9th to be cancelled also Burnley fixture with Rawtenstall 2nd on Sep. 16 to be cancelled in case final is played on this date. Resolved that Section 1 and 2 matches in future commence 2 and finish 6.30 p.m. Resolved that Sub. Com. consisting Lowerhouse, Nelson and President be empowered to make all necessary arrangements to bring final section 1 and 2 to an end and this Com. meet at Bull on Monday 11th 7.30 p.m.
