Sub. Com. Meeting Bull Hotel, 11th Sept., present Nelson, Lowerhouse, President, Sec. Resolved that the final Section 1 and 2 be played at Nelson, providing ground at liberty, if not permission be asked from the Rawtenstall C.C. Resolved that the charge for admission be 3d. and Umpires Messrs. G. Baines of Church and R. Bolton of Accrington play to commence 1.30 or each club fined £1.1.0. and the match to be played out if Umpires think fit.
