Meeting at Accrington Nov. 15/93 present, Bacup, Burnley, Accrington, Ramsbottom, Rishton, Enfield, Colne, Nelson, Bury, Church, Haslingden, & President, Sec. Resolved that minutes of previous meeting be confirmed. Resolved That applications W. Pilling of Church and Ingham of Rishton to be re- instated as amateurs be left over until Jan. meeting. Resolved that Rules for 1894 be formulated at meeting Jan. 10th 6.30 such meeting to be considered the Annual General Meeting. Notice of any proposed alteration of Rules and Bye-laws to be sent to Sec. 14 days prior to meeting and the matter of photo re Mr. Sutcliffe also be considered at this meeting.
