that in Rule 6 after word "team" this Rule read "or either Umpire" that Umpires compare watches at commencement of matches. that any club playing an ineligible player shall not score any points from such match and shall also have 2 points deducted. that no League club's pro shall be engaged by any other League club in the following season without the consent of his late club and the League Committee. that the words "or clubs" be added after words the Umpires the rule 6 thus reading the umpires or clubs shall report etc.
