Committee Meeting Wednesday 6th June, present Messrs Accrington, Bury, Nelson, Colne Bacup, Enfield, Rishton, Church, Haslingden, Ramsbottom, Rawtenstall, Lowerhouse. President, Treasurer, Sec. Resolved that the Minutes of the previous meeting be confirmed. The matter of Harris qualification was deferred until next meeting. Resolved That a printed notice be issued to each club and posted in dressing rooms, requesting players to appear in flannels until 6 pm. Bacup 2nd having been reported by Church CC for arriving late at Church on May 19th was discussed and the explanation given by the Bacup representative was considered satisfactory. (application to join league next year) Resolved that Todmorden application can't be entertained until end of season.
