Special Meeting Commercial Hotel Accrington, July 10th present Accrington, Bacup, Colne, Nelson, Enfield, East Lanc., Church, Ramsbottom, Bury, and President, Treasurer, Sec. (Re Bayley and Accrington) Resolved that after hearing evidence of Sub-Committee re Mr. Bayley, he be allowed to play as an amateur, and Accrington be allowed the points deducted for match v Ramsbottom, 12 May. Resolved that Sec. write Haslingden C.C., that the League can't allow Porter to play for them as Professional under Rule 22, he being not eligible. Resolved that Ramsbottom be allowed £1.1.0 fee deposited re Mr. Bayley's protest. Resolved that a special meeting be convened for Wed. 18th re one "pro" Resolution previously given notice of by Church C.C.
