The Report of Umpires re Bury players at Rishton on July 14 was deferred until next meeting. Resolved that permission be granted Burnley to alter date of Bacup match from Sept 3 to Aug 20 at Burnley. Resolved that permission be granted Burnley to play Nelson Sep 3rd and 4th in aid testimonial fund to Mr. R. Boys. Resolved that J. Bray of Burnley be allowed to officiate as League Umpire .
