The Umpires reported Bury C.C. for man short at commencement of play at Rishton July 14 and after considerable discussion it was decided to let letter lie on table the Colne Club giving notice of motion for next meeting The Burnley Umpire, T. Walker(?) asked opinion re players leaving field 4.55 Accrington v Bury at Accrington. It was decided to letter lie on table.
