Resolved in Rule 16 to strike out the words "at any time" and to insert "either in cricket season, or during close time shall not be etc. etc." Resolved that following new Rule as no. 32 be passed "Each club shall nominate two Umpires and and the Umpires shall be chosen for the various matches from the list of persons so nominated". Resolved that be added to Rule 6 "If the clubs have had one innings each up to 6 the match be considered over." Resolved that be added to Rules "That a playing member of any eleven be not allowed to umpire". Resolved that subscription to League remain as at present and some means be devised during season to increase funds. Resolved that the following be adopted in lieu of Rule 22 "That in the event of any League professional being dismissed or breaking his engagement that no other club shall be allowed to engage him at any time without the consent of the Committee."
