Meeting at Accrington April 3/95, all present, Sec. Resolved that Mr. Councillor Dixon be Chairman Resolved that Minutes of previous meeting be confirmed Resolved that application of J. Whittaker of Accrington to be re-instated as an amateur be granted on condition that he qualify according to Rule. Resolved that Councillor Dixon make enquiries at Telephone Co., Blackburn, re terms for erecting telephone on all League grounds. Resolved that the transfer of Mr. J. Proctor, (Burnley) to Colne be granted, and Mr. J. Smith from Lowerhouse to Rishton.
