Meeting Accrington Sep 4 present Messrs. Accrington, Burnley, Nelson, Bacup, Enfield, Rishton, Church, Haslingden, Ramsbottom, Rawtenstall, Lowerhouse, Sec. Resolved that Mr. Hamer be Chairman Resolved that Ramsbottom be allowed to play benefit match for J.W. Barlow in 1896. Resolved that all Junior League matches in future be played on or before the second Saturday in August. Resolved that the final tie Junior division be played at Lowerhouse on Sep 21 1.15pm and that Mr Horrocks, Church, Mr. Hamer, Blackburn, act as Umpires, and the Sec. to write them before match.
