Meeting Accrington Nov 13/95 present Accrington, Burnley, Nelson, Colne, Bacup, East Lanc. Enfield, Rishton, Church, Haslingden, Ramsbottom, Rawtenstall, Lowerhouse, Sec. Resolved that Councillor Dixon be Chairman Resolved that Loud's application to play for Rishton 1896 be granted. Resolved that each club send in a list of fixtures for 1896 as made by Sub. Com. and opposite each date any alteration wanted be inserted including vacant Sats. as well. Resolved that Sub. Com. convene a meeting as soon as possible & lists be sent to Sec. at Burnley.
