Meeting Nov 27/95 Present Accrington, Burnley, Nelson, Colne, Bacup, Enfield, Rishton, Church, Haslingden, Ramsbottom, Rawtenstall, Lowerhouse. Sec. Mr. Hartley, Colne, occupied the Chair. Resolved that minutes of previous meeting be confirmed. (Re Fixtures 1896) Resolved that Colne and Burnley matches be reversed as to grounds and the following alterations also be made: Ramsbottom v East Lancashire on Sept 5, at Blackburn instead of Thursday July 9th, Accrington v East Lanc. on May 23 at Accrington; Accrington v East Lanc. Thursday July 9th at Blackburn. Resolved that list of fixtures for 1896 submitted by Sub. Com be adopted. Resolved that thanks be given to Sub. Com. for arranging fixtures for 1896.
