Committee Meeting Commercial Hotel, Accrington, Wednesday 23rd September 1891 all present with exception President. The fixtures of 1892 were arranged. Resolved that the position of clubs this season be the percentage of proportion of points to highest possible. Resolved that umpire fees remain 5/- for Sat. 7/6 weekdays and that all committees be very careful as to nominating properly qualified men. Resolved that each club nominate and send same in at once to League Sec. Meeting adjourned until Sec. convenes a meeting or any representative requests one.
