Resolved that umpires be sent in by April 1st. Resolved that fixtures be sent in at latest by 23 March. Resolved that it be optional whether 3 or 4 umpires be nominated by clubs to act as League umpires Resolved that the subscriptions to the League be paid 1st meeting in April.
