Resolved that minutes of previous meeting be confirmed. Resolved that Mr. W.H. Holdsworth not qualified for Haslingden. Resolved that the match be replayed Haslingden v Church and that the two clubs join at expenses gate receipts and it be also mutually agreed as to which ground the match be played on.
