Minutes 3rd May 1892 The Church's Sec. next gave notice of resolution for next meeting Resolved that on occasion of a protest being lodged, £1 1/- fee be deposited with protest and in the event same be considered frivolous, £1.1.0 be forfeited Resolved that the cup be exhibited first at Burnley and other places afterwards be balloted for. The ballot then took place with the following result ( numbered 1-11 ) Colne, Nelson, Church, Rishton, Enfield, Accrington, Ramsbottom, East Lancashire, Rawtenstall, Lowerhouse, Haslingden.
