(undated, newspaper report confirms Wednesday 1st June 1892) Com. Meeting Commercial Hotel, Accrington, all clubs present, and Treasurer and Sec. Resolved that Mr. Bradley take the chair. Resolved that minutes of previous meeting be confirmed. Resolved that the rule for play to commence at 2 be strictly adhered to. Resolved that matter of playing T Wardall by Bacup be deferred 1 month. Resolved that the match between amateur members of League clubs be played on East Lancashire ground and clubs at once nominate and send names to League Sec. The Umpires in matches Accrington v Enfield, and Bacup v Haslingden reported late starts but the clubs having given satisfactory explanations the subject dropped.
