Resolved that in case a club be reported by Umpires for any breach such club be notified. Resolved that if a match be won play must not cease before 6 o'clock and a copy of this Resolution be sent to each club. Resolved that the two clubs securing the least number of points at end of season retire but be eligible for re-election. Resolved that the Cup be insured and the matter be left with Mr. Hamer to complete. East Lancashire protested against Accrington match May 28th being considered a League match on account of state of Accrington ground thru rain Resolved that the East Lancashire v Accrington match be considered a League match. An application from Haslingden to play a match for benefit J.W. Smith on June 18th was granted Notice of Amendment No. 6 was given each Sec to be adopted at next meeting.
