Committee Meeting July 6th at Commercial Hotel, Accrington, present: the President, Treasurer, Sec., Accrington, Nelson, Bacup, East Lanc., Enfield, Church, Haslingden, Ramsbottom, Rawtenstall, Lowerhouse, Rishton. Resolved that minutes of previous meeting be confirmed. Resolved that matches not commenced be ordered to be replayed during the season. Clubs to agree as to grounds but the club on whose ground the original match should have been played have choice; that reasonable expenses be paid to visiting club. Resolved that each club nominate 2 amateurs for match at Blackburn. Resolved that President or Sec caution players against offending umpires. Resolved that Sec. write Mr. T.E. Noble re conduct to Umpire on occasion Bacup v. Rishton match at Rishton.
