Special Meeting Commercial Hotel, Accrington Wednesday 20th July 1892 All Clubs present, also President and Sec. The meeting was convened to meet a deputation from Rochdale, Bury, Todmorden, Oldham, to consider a proposal to divide this League into a North and South Divisions Resolved that the proposal to divide the League be not entertained. Resolved that each representative consult his Committee whether the four clubs, Rochdale, Bury, Todmorden, Oldham or any portion of which club or clubs be taken in the Lancashire League and report next Wed. to the League committee. The above resolution was read by Sec. to the deputation and after discussion each representative promised to reply to same by Wednesday 3 August.
