Committee meeting at Accrington 3 August 1892 Present President, Treasurer, Sec., Accrington, Burnley, Nelson, Colne, Bacup, East Lancashire, Enfield, Church, Ramsbottom, Rawtenstall, Lowerhouse, Rishton. Resolved that Minutes of previous meeting be confirmed with the exception of minute empowering a club to engage another "pro" with view to engagement and that this be rescinded after August 10th. Resolved that the 13 clubs forming League this season form League next year. Resolved that another club be added to League for next season . To invite Bury 1st, Tod. 2nd, Darwen 3rd, Oldham 4th Resolved that Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Todmorden be written that one club extra in addition to existing 13 be eligible for election.
