Accrington, Burnley, Nelson, Colne, Bacup, Enfield, Church, Haslingden, Ramsbottom, Rawtenstall, Lowerhouse, Rishton, and Sec. Resolved that minutes of previous meeting be confirmed. Resolved where a pro's engagement ceased, club at liberty to play another pro. Resolved that Haslingden accounts for matches played v East Lancashire be passed as satisfactory. Resolved that the League meet to arrange fixtures on last Sat. in Sept. at Accrington 3 o'clock. The following dates were fixed for replayed matches 12th Sept. Accrington v Bacup 12th Sept. Nelson v Ramsbottom 13th Sept. Lowerhouse v Colne 14th Sept. Haslingden v Ramsbottom 17th Sept. Rawtenstall v Nelson 19th Sept. Ramsbottom v Bacup
