The Sub. Committee re Rules have met at Haslingden twice and revised Rules for Senior League also arranged what they considered suitable Junior League Rules. Sumner 43 Arthur St., Clayton le Moors Colne Mr. H. Hartley, 2 Salisbury St., Bacup Mr. T.T. Cardus, Dale St. Lowerhouse Mr. J.R. Wilkinson, 34 Thornhill Street Bury Mr. S. Roberts, 20 Fleet St., Church Mr. J.H. Bradley, 25 Henry St. East Lancashire Mr. Dixon, 14 Lord St., West, Accrington Mr. R. Bolton, 16 Norfolk St. Haslingden Mr. G.S. Bentley, Bury Road, Rawtenstall Mr. J.A. Worswick , Green Bank, Rawtenstall. The matter of Baker playing for Bury was thoroughly discussed and it was decided that Baker be allowed to play this season.
