Committee Meeting Commercial Hotel Accrington, Wednesday 5th April 1893, Present : Accrington, Burnley, Bury, Nelson, Colne, Bacup, East Lancashire, Enfield, Church, Haslingden, Ramsbottom, Lowerhouse, Rishton. and Treasurer and Secretary Mr. Hamer in Chair. Resolved that minutes of previous meeting be confirmed Resolved that Committee meetings in future commence at 7 instead of 7.30 Resolved that Salkeld be eligible to play for Haslingden in their 1st match. The Lowerhouse Club applied for permission to commence match at Bury later than time specified in Rule Resolved that Rule 6 be strictly adhered to.
