ALTERATIONS TO RULES No altera6on shall be made to these rules except at an Annual General Mee6ng or a Special General Mee6ng a&er fourteen days no6ce of such proposed altera6on shall have been given to the Honorary Secretary’s of all member clubs. 33. OTHER MATTERS Any ma7ers not specifically covered by these rules shall be dealt with by the Management Commi7ee at their discre6on.
