Chris Smith (07817 902716) Ground: Sheffield Hallam University Sports Ground, Bawtry Rd Ar7ficial Wicket ALL CLUBS ARE REMINDED, THAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEAGUE RULE 9, SHOULD ANY OF THE DIRECTORY INFORMATION CHANGE THEN THE LEAGUE SECRETARY MUST BE INFORMED IN WRITING IMMEDIATELY. 12 Minimum Criteria for Score Submission At the 2011 Annual General Mee7ng, all clubs agreed a rule change that pro- vides a minimum criteria for submission of results on the Play-Cricket sys- tem. This criteria is decided by the Management Commi8ee. Below outlines the minimum criteria for this season. When submi9ng a result the Home Club must ensure that by 12 noon on Fri- day the following is adhered to when submi9ng: Page 1 - must contain the score, wickets and overs for both teams Pages 2 & 3 - All players who partook in the game must be listed. Each club captain and wicketkeeper must be indicated. Any player that is indicated as “unsure” must be registered by 12 noon the day following a game. If the re- sult is submi8ed before a player is registered then you must go back in a'er registra7on and amend as necessary. See Important Note below. Pages 4&5 - The scorecard must indicate the following informa7on as min- imum: How Out, the Fielder name (if relevant eg for catches), Bowler, Runs Scored. The number of extras must be inpu8ed along with the Fall of Wicket Team Score. Bowling must indicate Overs, Maidens, Runs & Wickets. You must ensure that the number of ba9ng runs equals the number of bowling runs (allowing extras as necessary). When completed, you must 7ck the box on your results page to indicate you have submi8ed and your submission is correct. The Away team must check the submission by the Home Team by 12 noon on Saturday following a game. Any of their players that are marked “unsure” must be amended to their correct name. When completed you must 7ck the box on your results page to indicate you have checked and the submis- sion is correct. Important Note All players must be registered by 12 noon following a game. All result sheets must be submi8ed within the deadlines outlined above. If you are unable to complete your submission correctly because you have had to leave a player as “unsure” (and you cannot find the name on the available players list of your opponents) then you must email the Publicity Officer and advise him of this fact. Failure to do so may render you liable for a fine.
