Tuesday League Rules as per Wednesday League above except as outlined below: 1. Constitution The Division is extra to the normal League and Part 3 of the League Constitution applies in full unless stated otherwise in this addendum. 2. Governance and Finance (i) Entry to the Tuesday Division is optional to all clubs who qualify under the League constitution. This means that clubs may enter the either or both the normal Wednesday League and the Tuesday Division. (ii) Any club which enters only the Tuesday Division will still be full members of the League and are governed by the constitution of the League. (iii) The Division shall be administered by a member of the Management Committee who shall be a named officer. (iv) The Management Committee may issue additional delegate responsibilities to the administrator due to the nature of the competition and the requirements to make necessary urgent decisions on events through the season. Where possible the administrator should consult with the League Secretary and League Chairman before implementing such decisions. (v) The Division shall be self-financing with a budget arranged at the commencement of each season. (vi) The competition may have its own sponsor or sponsors outside of the rest of the League. (vii) Any surplus from sponsorship and entry fees after administration costs shall be used for prizes in accordance with rule 18. (viii) The competition can only be run where a break-even or surplus situation exists and will not commence where all monies required to complete the season are not in place before the competition commences. 3. Entry Fee (i) The Entry Fee shall be set by the League Management Committee on an annual basis. The entry fee will include an option for clubs to use kits provided for them by the League or to purchase their own kits. Where own kits are provided the must confirm with Rule 13. (ii) The annual subscription must be paid by no later than the end of February for each following season unless the Management Committee agrees otherwise. 4. Set up of League/Late Withdrawal Any club that withdraws after the set up has been issued shall be fined and will lose priority to other clubs for future entry. 5. Registration of Players (i) A player can play for a different club in the Tuesday Division if their club plays in both the Tuesday Division and Wednesday League. 21
