criteria set out by the Management Committee using the Play-Cricket system. This must be completed by 8.00 pm on the Sunday following a game. (3) Home Clubs are responsible for ensuring that none of its players are missing from their Play-Cricket site and as such, “Unsure” for Home clubs are not acceptable. (4) Should the Home Club find that a player is not incorporated on to an Away Clubs Play-Cricket site, the Home Club shall input the player on the scorecard as “unsure” and enter the player(s) detail(s) in the “Highlights” section of the summary score sheet. (5) The Away side must then confirm the details submitted by the Home side using the Play-Cricket system by no later than 8.00 pm on Tuesday following the game, ensuring that the scorecard is complete in accordance with the minimum criteria set out by the Management Committee. They must ensure add any player(s) and amend the scorecard should the Home side have marked any of their players as “Unsure”, and confirm its completion. (6) Failure by either club to submit or confirm a result in accordance with rule 53 (1-5) shall be sanctioned as follows: First offence – Warning Second and Subsequent offences – 2 points deduction Any failure to correct the errors in accordance with rules 53 (2 – 5) within 21 days of the game being played irrespective of the sanction applied shall result in a 2 point deduction with further 2 point deductions (to a maximum of 10 points deduction for each fixture) for each further 14 days the correction is not made. 54. Points Points are awarded as follows: Win - 3 points Tie - 2 points Draw - 1 point 55. Divisional Set Up (1) The League shall consist of divisions as decided by the Management Division. (2) Each club shall provide a home ground and this ground should consist of suitable changing facilities. Where a club fails to provide such facilities, the game should still go ahead but the club must be reported by the opposing team and/or neutral umpires to the League Secretary within 5 days of the game and this club shall be dealt with at the discretion of the Management Committee. 56. Awarding of Division Titles/Promotion and Relegation (1) The leading two clubs shall in the normal course of events be promoted to the next division above and the bottom two clubs be relegated to the next division below. (2) In the event of clubs tying, the Net Run-Rate for the season shall be decide who finishes highest. (3) A team’s net run rate is calculated by deducting from the average runs per over scored by that team, the average runs per over scored against that team.
