14 COMMON CONDITIONS WICKET COVERS - Clubs with wicket covers will be allowed to use them in the event of bad weather intervening during the course of play. DATE OF MATCHES - All Union Premier Division matches shall take place on the dates set by the Management Committee unless with the prior consent of the Management Committee. ARTIFICIAL WICKETS - Where a match is to be played on an artificial wicket, all players shall wear non-spiked footwear. OVER RATES - The Union Management Committee requests that all clubs attempt to maintain an over rate of 18 overs per hour.
