8 8. A financial statement of income and expenditure, duly certified, shall be presented at the Annual General meeting. A copy of the financial statement shall be circulated to all clubs at least 21 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting. 9. Matches shall be played under MCC Laws of Cricket and under such rules and regulations as (may be) approved by the Annual General Meeting of the Union. The ball used in all League matches shall be a ball approved by theManagement Committee. 10.1 League placings will be determined by expressing the points awarded as a percentage of the results points for a win in all completed matches. In the event that more than one team shall have an equal percentage at the end of the season, the team which has the greater ratio of matches won to matches played shall be placed above the other teams. In the event that this does not separate the sides, the points gained in the matches between the sides will determine the final placings. 10.2 The leading team in the league table shall be the winner of the championship and shall retain possession of the Championship Trophy for one year. All trophies shall be returned to the Secretary of the Union not later than 1st September . 10.3 The team finishing first in Division One will be promoted to the Division above, subject always to the provisions of Rule 1.2 being met. The teams finishing first in Divisions Two and Three shall have the right to be promoted to the Division above if they so wish, subject always to the provisions of Rule 1.2 being met. 10.4 Relegation from, and further promotion to each Division shall be decided by theManagement Committee at the conclusion of each season subject always to the provisions of Rule 1.2 being met. 11. All players should be bona fide members of the clubs they represent. No player may play in a Unionmatch for more than one team, in the same Division, during any one season unless with the consent of the Management Committee.
