13 COMMON CONDITIONS WICKET COVERS - Clubs with wicket covers will be allowed to use them in the event of bad weather intervening during the course of play. DATE OF MATCHES - All Union Premier Division matches shall take place on the dates set by the Management Committee unless with the prior consent of the Management Committee. ARTIFICIAL WICKETS - Where a match is to be played on an artificial wicket, all players shall wear non-spiked footwear. OVER RATES - The Union Management Committee requests that all clubs attempt to maintain an over rate of 18 overs per hour. No bonus points shall be awarded to the team which wins the match. BOWLING RESTRICTIONS - No bowler may bowl more than 10 overs in any one match.
