3 Secretary (1926 to 2004) and Founder of the Society who became famous throughout the world, and rightly recognized, wherever he went The Twelfth Man edition published in 2004 was effectively a ‘Memorial to the Life of Jack’ issue. A wonderful character, for whom it is fair to say: “His song was cricket and Cricket his theme”. This page, without repeating the many tributes recorded in the 2004 issue intends to recognize just a few moments in his life. He will never be forgotten wherever cricket lovers gather.
